1. General principle
Credits are a prepaid digital product. Once credits are added to your account and any part of them has been used, the corresponding fees are non-refundable. Unused credits may be eligible for refund as described below.
2. Unused credits
- You may request a refund of the unused portion of your most recent credit purchase within 14 days of payment, provided no credits from that purchase have been consumed.
- Bank transfer fees, currency conversion losses, and payment processor fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
3. EU consumer right of withdrawal
If you qualify as a consumer under EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By starting to use the Service and consuming credits within this period, you expressly acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the used portion, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
4. What is not refundable
- Credits already spent on searches, enrichment, exports, or AI generations.
- Purchases older than 14 days where any credits have been used.
- Fees for accounts terminated for breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Third-party integration fees (e.g. payment gateway, taxes).
5. Billing errors & duplicate charges
If you were double-charged or believe an invoice is incorrect, contact us within 60 days at [email protected]. Confirmed billing errors are refunded in full to the original payment method.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with your invoice number and a short description of the request. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and issue a decision within 10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — we can usually resolve issues faster directly. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may lead to account suspension pending resolution.
