1. Prohibited activities
- Sending spam, chain messages, or bulk unsolicited communications that violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or ePrivacy rules.
- Contacting minors, protected classes, or individuals on suppression lists.
- Impersonating another person or company, or forging sender identity in emails or LinkedIn outreach.
- Scraping the Service, reverse-engineering the models, or reselling raw data exports.
- Uploading malware, running vulnerability scans without authorization, or attempting to disrupt the Service.
- Using the Service for high-risk decisions (credit, employment, insurance, health) without human review and legal basis.
- Any illegal activity, harassment, hate speech, or content that infringes third-party rights.
2. Outbound & anti-spam obligations
- Send only to prospects with a clear legitimate interest and a business relevance to your product.
- Honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests within 10 business days and maintain suppression lists.
- Include your legal identity and a working opt-out in every commercial email.
- Respect volume, warm-up and reputation limits communicated in-product.
3. Data & privacy
- Only upload personal data you have a lawful basis to process.
- Do not enrich or profile individuals for advertising, political targeting, or discriminatory purposes.
- Honor prospect suppression requests received via [email protected].
- Do not store production personal data in shared workspaces beyond what is necessary for the sales use case.
4. AI features
AI-generated content (emails, sequences, summaries) must be reviewed by a human before sending. Do not use AI features to generate misleading, deceptive, or automated bulk content that misrepresents your identity or your product.
5. Security & integrity
- Do not share credentials or bypass access controls.
- Do not probe, penetration-test, or overload the Service without prior written consent.
- Report vulnerabilities responsibly to [email protected] before public disclosure.
6. Enforcement
We investigate reports of abuse and may take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, throttling activity, suspending features, terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement. Fees for accounts terminated under this AUP are non-refundable.
7. Report abuse
To report a violation, email [email protected] with as much detail as possible (sender, date, message, headers). We treat reports confidentially.
